Penicuik High School

Penicuik High School is situated in the Midlothian town of (3 guesses) Penicuik!

They have, wonderfully, agreed to work with us to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust this year.

As you can see, they have started well - so far they have raised over £2000!

As well as the Wear it Blue Day and the Get Cooking for TCT, they held a collection before Christmas AND have a team training now for the Great Edinburgh Run in May.

Well done to Penicuik HS and good luck!

Wear it Blue Day

Friday 13^th February will be a dress down day in school. The theme will be ‘Wear it Blue’ and all staff and students are encouraged to wear something blue to help support the Teenage Cancer Trust. The dress down day as usual costs £1 and this should be brought to registration next Friday. It should be remembered by students that the school does not allow football colours or other offensive clothing to be worn in school.

Get Cooking for TCT

The Teenage Cancer Trust is looking for your favourite recipe to be included in the TCT recipe book. Pass on your recipes to Mrs MacFadyen in Biology by photocopy, e-mail, etc.

The healthier the better! No deep fried mars bars thank you.

If you have a photograph or illustration or the prized dish then we would love a copy.
